Clients may cancel any digital marketing service within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided the work has not yet started.
Once the project has begun (e.g., strategy discussions, design work, or campaign setup), no full refund will be issued.
For subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, social media management), you may cancel before the next billing cycle. Your services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
b. Service Cancellation by Pixel Vyapaar
We reserve the right to cancel any order or service under rare circumstances such as policy violations, unavailability, or non-cooperation. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the progress of the project.
2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable when:
The service was not delivered as promised.
There is a technical issue from our side that prevents fulfillment.
You cancel within the allowable window (as noted above).
b. Non-Refundable Items
Customized marketing plans after approval.
Logo, branding, and graphic design work that has been started or delivered.
Paid advertising budgets already spent on behalf of the client.
Any third-party software or subscription costs.
c. Partial Refunds
If work has started but not completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the project stage.
3. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
