1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major pin codes in India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during the checkout process or via email.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email or SMS with your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Damages or Missing Items
Pixel Vyapaar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or with missing items:
Please save all packaging materials and the damaged product.

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside India. Stay tuned for international shipping updates in the future!
